1.Scope & Acceptance
Accessing this site, purchasing merchandise, or reserving a flight constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any policies linked here. Continued use after posted changes = acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be the legal age of majority (or have parental consent) and may not use the site or our services for any unlawful purpose.

General Store Orders - We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order and require accurate billing and account info. Prices and product details can change without notice.

Pre Ordered Goods (e.g., flight suits, apparel) - Items ordered with personal size/color specifications are final: no resale, exchange, or size color changes once the preorder window closes.

Gift Certificates & Vouchers Non transferable, non refundable, expire after one(1)year, not redeemable for cash.

General Admission
Non refundable, non changeable; transferable (not for resale) 5businessdays before flight.
Becomes non refundable but may be sold or transferred by the owner; purchaser must enter the new participant's details 7days before flight via trainee area self service.
Ticket prices rise as the flight date approaches; secondary transfers must comply with ZX Terms & Conditions.
Presale -SpaceTour2026
Fully refundable during presale (until 60days before flight). Refund processed within five (5)businessdays after the originally scheduled flight; immediate refunds incur a 9.4-11.6% processing fee.
Same rule as General Admission once presale window closes.
Transfer Responsibility – All new participants must (i) accept these Terms, (ii) complete pre‑flight training, and (iii) sign liability waiver & medical declaration. If a participant cannot comply, the original purchaser must supply a compliant replacement.
5.ZX Reschedule / Cancellation
ZX may reschedule or cancel for airspace, maintenance, or minimum-seat reasons. Notice 10businessdays when possible; participant has 3businessdays to choose refund or new date. If flight cannot occur as planned (e.g., weather), ZX will try to re-fly within campaign; failing that, customer may take refund or reschedule within 12months; ZX liability limited to fees paid.
6.ForceMajeure / Pandemic Credit
If government restrictions or serious health concerns (COVID-19 or similar) make travel unreasonable and you notify ZX 30days in advance, you receive a flight credit valid 1year at original price.
7.Check-In & Participant Conduct
Check-in closes two(2)hours before departure; late arrival forfeits flight with no refund. Participants must follow crew instructions, itinerary, and safety rules at all times. ZX strongly recommends trip-cancellation insurance.
8.Media & Intellectual Property
Images or video taken on board (or supplied by ZX) are for personal use only; public/commercial use requires written permission. Unauthorized publication triggers liquidated damages of USD10,000.
9.Prohibited Uses
No unlawful, infringing, or malicious activity; no harassment, discrimination, or upload of harmful code. ZX may terminate service for violations.
10.Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services/products are provided "as-is." ZX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount paid.
11.Indemnification
You will indemnify ZX and its affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12.Severability, Entire Agreement & Changes
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms (plus linked policies) are the entire agreement and may be updated at ZX's discretion; continued use = acceptance. You agree to indemnify ZX, its directors, employees and contractors against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13.Termination
ZX may suspend or terminate services for any breach; obligations incurred before termination survive. Provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, liability, indemnity) continue post-termination.
14.Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by U.S. law; exclusive venue is Miami,Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17.Changes to Terms
ZX may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Changes take effect immediately on posting; continued use of the site signifies acceptance.
