Zero GravityX Launches New Website, Bringing Space-Like Experience Closer to Earth
In a move set to revolutionize access to zero-gravity experiences, Zero GravityX has officially launched its new website today. This user-friendly platform marks a significant step in making the sensation of weightlessness more accessible to the public, offering easy introduction and booking of zero-gravity flights.
Zero GravityX, partnering with Amerijet, brings over 15 years of expertise in zero-gravity flights to the table. The company now operates North America's largest zero-G aircraft, providing an unparalleled floating experience with more space and enhanced technology compared to its predecessors.
"Our goal is to open the doors to space-like experiences for all enthousiasts," said Zero GravityX CEO, Lihai Katz, "Through relentless innovation and efficiency, we've managed to significantly reduce costs while improving the overall experience."
The company's approach to cost reduction is multifaceted. By utilizing a larger, more modern aircraft, Zero GravityX achieves greater fuel efficiency. Their patent-pending cabin design allows quick conversion between freighter and zero-gravity configurations, maximizing the plane's utility. This innovative approach, combined with careful scheduling, has resulted in prices starting at $1,350 for resale tickets - a fraction of the usual $9,900 for regular zero-gravity flights.
The zero-gravity experience itself is achieved through a series of parabolic maneuvers. Each parabola provides approximately 22 seconds of weightlessness, preceded and followed by periods of hypergravity (1.8 times Earth's gravity). For those curious about other celestial bodies, modified parabolas can simulate lunar and Martian gravity conditions.
Passengers are encouraged to document their unique experience, with Zero GravityX allowing the use of smartphones and compact cameras during the flight. This policy ensures that participants can capture and share their gravity-defying moments.
